As long as you are a student with the AOU, you will have an official email with us. You are expected to use and maintain this account according to the University bylaws and particularly SAB Policy on Acceptable Use of Computer and Online Resources .

Your username is the same as your student ID. If you forgot your password, then use the service which will send your password to the email address we have in your profile. If this doesn't work, then we need to update your profile. Send us an email to support@arabou.edu.sa with information that proves your identity such as copy of your ID card. Sometimes we may not be able to verify your identity and hence we require you present your ID to one of our staff in the nearest AOU center.
